Guilty!
I have been guilty of not responding to others as regularly as I should be. I often feel like many of the other course members are miles a head of me with regards to thier tech skills so I really have nothing to offer. I have also been under the weather for the past few weeks off and on (which is not like me). I have missed a couple of days of work but have managed for the most part to tough it out, so at the end of the day I have been wiped-out (I am not totally on the mend yet either). I do read all the comments but will start to make more of on effort to respond. It is difficult to respond as some of the things people are talking about seem so foreign to me, I have to admit I am starting to get a little freaked-out. I have read others comments on the whole what is expected of us issue and I would like a clearer break down of what I should be doing. It is only because right now I am feeling like I am falling behind. The plan is to use yugma this weekend and do a sample pod cast, maybe when I get those things done I will feel a little better.

hi,
i sometimes read your blog. i think the only way you learn about technology is to not be afraid of it. you need to keep at it, if you break it, let the people who make the product know. most likely, you’ve then found a bug – they want to know about that stuff!!
good luck!
i just wanted to let you know that i use yugma a lot both to tutor and to do meetings for my other business. in both senses, it really is great. have you tried their skype version yet?? that one has been really cool too.
keep with it! it’s technology, it’s not going anywhere, you’ll do great!
I would not stress about it to much, we all get busy and sometimes it is hard to find time to respond. I will be on this weekend if you want to try a Yugma session.
I second Berdron’s comment. It took me all week to get caught up with the blogs after taking the weekend and Monday off and I still haven’t got my podcast done or the research for my paper finished. Yikes! All we can do is keep plugging away at it.
Keep going Angele. I know it that sometimes it feels that we are not as capable or technically advanced as other people but we are slowly catching up. I will be on Yugma also this weekend. I will be available all day Sunday. Hope to catch up with you then.
Keep pluggin’ away. The advantage with this type of course, of course (Is there a horse?), is that you can do your homework when you have the time. If you are ill or ridiculously busy for a few days, then you can “catch up” later. Bloglines helps with that!
As for all of the techy stuff, ask for help and someone will be able to give you hand. That’s what this community of learners is for. Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. It sure makes a difference when you can rely on others to give you a boost when needed.
Hi Angele. I’ve read your blog. I hope that things improve.
Thank God I am not the only one!! I have had way too many interruptions, trips, mid-term exams, marks, and whatever. Like the little train that could… I think I can, I think I can, I KNOW I CAN!
